PUMP SPRAYER CHECKLIST

Open each of the (4) pump sprayer boxes and identify the following items:

  • Pump sprayer – Product A (green label)
  • Pump sprayer – Products B1, B2 (white, black labels)
  • Pump sprayer – Products C1, C2 (red/black, red/white labels)
  • Pump sprayer – Zero TDS Water (blue label)

Each tank and wand has been color-accented to indicate which chemical solution it is used for. Be sure that each tank is used only for its indicated chemical solution, to prevent cross-contamination. The top of each tank (pump cylinder) is also color-accented, and should be used only with its corresponding tank.

NOTE: the spray wands from the B and C pump sprayers have been intentionally connected together with two aluminum spacers. The B and C chemistry is delivered to these two wands; and the resultant spray patterns mix in front of the wands, creating the silver deposit. The alignment of the B and C wands is factory calibrated to ensure proper application of the silver layer – please do NOT disconnect, adjust, or reposition.

Wand Holders:

The plastic spray wand holders can be mounted to any flange and have been specially modified to hold each of the (4) spray wands when not in use. They are designed to attach perfectly to the Harbor Freight Table Upgrade for your LI System.

PUMP SPRAYER INITIAL FLUSH

Once you have set up your pump sprayers, it is important to perform an initial “flush” of the fluid lines using distilled water.

  1. Unscrew the pump cylinder and pour 500-600 ml of distilled water into the tank.
  2. Replace the pump cylinder into the tank and tighten securely; ensuring a seal is made with the rubber o-ring.
  3. Pressurize the sprayer by pumping the cylinder approximately 20-25 times, until resistance is felt.
  4. Pull the trigger of the spray wand, and allow the entire quantity of water to spray out through the nozzle until the tank is empty.

Repeat this process for each pump sprayer. Once completed, they are ready to use.
